1. Designer Statement
This is our version of the artist statement and can simply be a description of the type of design work you'd like to do and/or the professional position you'd like to attain. Think of it as the info you'd include in a letter of application to a design position.
2. Description of BFA final project
> Reprint your objective statement from the show
3. Copy of your resumé
> turn in a hard copy
4. Program Assessment Sheet
Your review of the school/program. I'll give you paperwork to fill out.
5. Two Portfolio CDs / archive of your work
In order to be cleared to graduate you are required to submit visual documentation of your senior project/portfolio. Include at minimum your senior project on a CD or DVD. Turn in (2) identical copies.
Note that anything 3-D, bound, on special paper or constructed in anyway has to be photographed, as obviously the piece can not be documented simply by your digital files.
Follow these guidelines:
• only pdfs, jpgs or tiffs [no eps files]
• for pdfs:
• files can be 100% size and no smaller than 6" wide
• color mode: RGB
• file names must somehow reflect name of course in which project was completed and assignment.
• submit work to on CD or DVD labeled properly with your name and spring 2009.
I need all this by Monday, May 4th at noon
(one of our scheduled final exam mtg. times.)
